These Flourless Almond Butter Banana Blender Muffins are dreamy bites of heaven. They make a wholesome and nutritious breakfast or snack and are perfect for eating on the go.
I always know when I make a recipe that is a clear favorite when my kids come home from school and eat every last crumb…no man left behind! This recipe is just that and continues to be a winner in our home every time I make it which makes my momma heart happy.
I love when my kids eat good healthful food and don’t complain! And I happen to think this muffin recipe is even extra awesome for two more reasons…one: it is made in a blender (which means less mess aaaand easy clean up), and two: the ingredients are paleo-friendly meaning it is gluten and grain free as well as there are no refined sugars!
This recipe makes about 18 mini muffins that are just so poppable you will want to eat them all…and you totally could…I won’t tell anyone! We love using these Enjoy Life! dairy free chocolate chips when we want to make them a bit more sinful but you can totally leave them out…they are just as delicious without them. When we do add them I drop 4-5 chips into each muffin for the perfect chocolate fix.
