How To Make Hobo Bag | STEP BY STEP Sewing Tutorial. Hobo Bag Sewing Pattern | Easy Bag for beginners.

 You will need: 

Sturdy fabric Scissors, thread, sewing machine

Step 1: Cutting 

Cut a strip of fabric that is 50 cm wide and 150 cm long (you can adjust the size to your desired dimensions, but keep in mind that the length should be three times the width). 

Step 2: Hem the fabric.

Hem all sides, fold the fabric over twice to the wrong side, and topstitch close to the edge. 

 Step 3: Folding, Topstitching 

Place the strip with the wrong side facing up and fold the corners in reverse.

Then fold the strip diagonally again (red line).

Step 3: Sewing together 

Now sew the sides marked in blue together (front and back).

Step 4: Bottom 

Sew the corners at the bottom closed, approximately 10 cm in length.

Step 5: Handle 

To make the handle, hem two sides of a strip of fabric. Then fold the strip right sides together and sew.

Pull one corner through the sewn strip. Sew the corners of the bag together. Slide the handle into the center and sew it to the sides.
