Little Button Pouch Tutorial. DIY Mini Pouch / How to sew a small pouch / Easy sewing project.
First I measured... recorded the pattern, moved it back and forth a bit, planned the seam allowances and closure and then...
I had the finished cut:
Everything is included here, so it can simply be transferred to the fabric. Two scraps of fabric are enough...one inside, one outside...
Place right sides together and topstitch as wide as a foot (0.7cm). Carefully work out the corners and don't forget the turning opening on the side. I sewed the curve at the top and the curve at the bottom a little tighter, maybe 0.5cm...
Shorten everything carefully, cut off the corners and clip in curves and inside corners.
Here's the ultimate tip for beautiful corners: sew 1-2 lines across the corner....
Turn over and iron out...
Fold over...the hearts will later be the outer fabric...sew the side edges together - please use very close edges...this way you close the turning opening at the same time
I chose Kams for my fastener, but pushers, Velcro, magnetic buttons, or the classic button with a buttonhole are also possible

The second version of a pouch with invisible seams
The version without visible seam:
1. One inside and one outside material:
Place right sides together and stitch the side with the “intervention”.
Trim the seam allowance, clip in the corners and turn and iron on well
Attention, second tip -> after turning, pull the seam a little, this makes it easier to flatten and shape the curve
Now it's important to work precisely so that you don't accidentally sew the opening closed ;).. Place the sewing piece with the outer fabric visible in front of you.
Now pull the seam with the “intervention” up, but not all the way to the flap. Leave a gap of 0.8cm. You now basically have the folded outer fabric on the bottom and the not yet folded inner fabric on top.
Now fold the bottom half (the one with the flap) of the inner fabric up onto the top half.
This is what it looks like from the side...
Topstitch once, starting at the bottom left of the side, then moving up towards the flap. There you have a turning opening sewn on one side of the flap (1.2cm is enough for me)... all the way to the bottom corner. Please do not sew the bottom edge, where the fold lines are, closed!
Turn and topstitch the flap...
Attach a cam or other fastener (by the way, it works better if the tattoos are already in the bag).
So, now have fun, it's also great for Advent calendars and the like....
