Let's draw a pattern. The bag is based on a trapezoid, the dimensions of which are 32 cm at the top, 24 cm at the bottom, and 12.5 cm high. A rectangle with a 22 cm wide zipper is superimposed on top. The corners at the top are rounded off with the help of some round object, at the bottom — by hand.

Since the bag should be as inconspicuous as possible, we choose a yellowish or beige fabric for the front part.
We will need the following materials:
- fabric for the front of the handbag;
- lining fabric;
- zipper lock;
- wide elastic band;
- gossamer;
- adhesive interlining.

We add a zipper lock to the pattern.

From the main fabric, lining fabric and adhesive interlining, we cut out rectangles measuring 23 by 12 cm.

The lining fabric is reinforced with interlining.

We put the lining face up and attach the zipper to the bottom section.

From above, face down, we impose a rectangle of the main fabric

We pin and lay with the help of a foot for sewing the zipper stitch.

We bend it on the face, iron it and lay two finishing seams, so we sewed the zipper. It turned out to be the entrance to the pocket.

For the inner pocket, we cut out a rectangle of 22 by 23 cm from the lining fabric. We cut out a rectangle from a gossamer measuring 11 by 23 cm.

The lining is bent along the length. Inside we put a gossamer. We fasten it with an iron. We apply the marking for the stitch with a water-soluble marker and stitch it along the planned lines.

For the main part, we cut out rectangles from the front fabric, lining and adhesive interlining in the size of 32 by 13 cm.

The lining is reinforced with interlining.

We fasten together the facial fabric and the reinforced lining with the help of a gossamer. We apply the marking and lay the seams along the applied lines — we stitch the part.

Remove the marker lines with a wet cotton pad. Dry with an iron.

We combine a rectangular part with a zipper and a lining part (inner pocket) at the midpoints. Cut to a size of 22 by 12.5 cm. Sew to divide the pocket into two parts at a distance of 9 cm from the left cut. We sew at a distance of 3 mm from the edge along the entire perimeter.

We iron it.

From the main quilted fabric, we cut out a detail according to the pattern — a trapezoid with rounded edges. We mark the midpoints.

With the help of a device for forming a trim (I have 12 mm, you can take 9 mm), from a strip with a width of 26 mm, we make a trim.

On the main part, we impose a part with a zipper and combine it at the midpoints. We lay the top and bottom auxiliary seams at a distance of 3 mm from the edge.

We take an elastic band with a length of 60 cm (the length may vary depending on the size) and attach it to the main part, thereby also closing the raw sections. Having retreated 1 mm from the edges of the trim, we lay the seams.

To process the outer edge, we cut out an bias binding with a width of 3.8 cm and sew it on, applying it to the face.

In the curves, we cut the trim. We bend the trim inside out and lay the finishing seam at a distance of 1 mm from the edge of the trim. We iron it.
