Frame Purse Pattern & Tutorial

This tutorial will take you through both for making the purse pattern and making up the purse itself for a 6” x 3” glue in frame. All seam allowances are ¼” throughout.

It’s another simple summer-friendly block this month, made with squares and flying geese – the sawtooth star.

This time we are making the Another Star (yes, it really is called that). We will make two 12 inch blocks and sash them to 18.5 inches (unfinished).

This month we are making the Double Star, a nice straightforward block made up of squares and half-square triangles (HSTs).

Welcome back to the Star Block of the Month! This month we are making the Album Star, which uses no-waste flying geese with a snowball block in the centre.
