DIY Easy to make mini wallet with zipper / coin purse. DIY Mini Wallet | Bag sewing Tutorial. Make Easy Pouch From Old Jeans
Jeans that were almost destined for the recycling bin are transformed day by day into unique accessories...
This time, they've been transformed into a crescent-shaped wallet that you can easily tuck into your bag. Let's take a look at the wallet transformation of old jeans.
This wallet is made from recycled old jeans. Made from jeans, scrap fabric, and mesh, this coin purse is meticulously crafted for comfort. The front features a stylish heart design.
Cut it into a semicircle shape, and wrap the top with bias tape and sew.
And then put a zipper in between and sew again
After stitching a single row on both sides of the outer zipper, stitch another row along the bottom of the bias fabric to reinforce it.
Then, draw a circle-shaped outline and decorate it with a stitch.
Cut the scrap linen fabric, stitch it
Decorate by sewing a small heart on the side again.
The other side of the fabric is simply decorated with a label.
Cut the fabric in the same shape for the inside. Feel free to use fabric you have at home. I used one piece of pink polka-dot fabric and one piece of mesh fabric. Similarly, add bias tape to the top and baste.
And please secure it with stitching at the bottom.
Sew the snap buttons to attach to both sides of the wallet. Cut two pieces of fabric from the jeans and sew along the edges, excluding the bottom. Then, turn the fabric inside out to reveal the outer fabric.
And please attach the magnetic snap buttons (male and female) as shown in the picture.
Place the linen and mesh fabrics on the lining denim fabric, and then place the snap button fabrics on both ends and baste.
The outer fabric of the wallet is layered with polka-dotted linen fabric, and then a lining with an inner pocket is layered.
Wrap the bias fabric around the edge and sew.
And please finish it with a sturdy stitch.
Then, the crescent-shaped blue wallet is complete.
The unique feature of this wallet is that when folded, it's crescent-shaped, but when you unfasten the snaps, it unfolds into a full, open shape.
It's neat because there's lining on the inside of the zipper.
It's convenient to use when storing coins.
Since the inside is integrated into one structure, it has the advantage of being able to make full use of both spaces (left and right).
There is a magnetic snap button on the inside.
Unlike the outside of the wallet, the inside lining is made of cut denim fabric to give it a point.
One pocket is made of mesh fabric, allowing you to easily see the contents. For items you want to keep hidden, tuck them away in the opposite linen pocket. Utilize the space on both sides to store not only bills but also business cards...
I like that I can store all my frequently used cards at once.
